- They say the world is a big beauty contest & that everyone’s born to compete in it. What if we make it one big math and spelling bee instead?
- A physically-attractive, self-made woman is interchangeable with being a self-made, physically-attractive woman. But that’s only as far as genetics and IQ are concerned.
- Saying that beauty is a depreciating asset, isn’t a lie. Daunting experiences consume good people and cynicism can slowly kill one’s character.
- The ratio of one polygamous man : two women who marry for money.
- Very few people have a “forgiving” perception of beauty.
- Beauty is in the eye of those who see.

Ano pinagkaiba ng self-made, physically-attractive woman sa physically-attractive, self-made woman? Word play lang ba ‘to? Though sabi mo interchangeable, may distinction ba sa dalawang yan? Hmm, para kasing nahilo ako dun
Enlighten me, master/mistress
“Uuuhhhh I don’t get it” ika nga ni Patrick Star hehe
Teka, actually gets ko naman yung physically-attractive, self-made woman, pero nung mabaliktad na sa ” self-made, physically-attractive” woman NALITO lang talaga ko hehe. May difference ba yang dalawa talaga? Hilo-hilo si totoy.
it means most men tend to go for looks first before checking if a lady is educated enough and capable of supporting herself.
but of course ive seen some work the other way around where a lady’s Smarts are considered first before her looks. though this is very rare.
i remember having various discussions with different men regarding this and when they get asked these questions as “friends” they often tell the truth — which is again the fact that looks always come first. i dislike this rather painful truth here but what can i say, the world’s standards have changed a long time ago, way before you and i were born.
World standard -inevitable in many ways for many reasons na masisisi mo di lang sa powerful people kundi pati na rin sa karamihan
and it has a loooooooooooong history
Discovery channel made a documentary on the science of “love” and how people get attracted to a mate. Usually daw e physical attraction talaga ang simula.
Yan din isang dahilan (pero mabigat) na kina-capitalize ng marketing side ng commercial/mainstream industry ng music, fashion, etc etc kasi parang human nature na nga na maituturing

Ika mo nga, beauty is in the eye of those who see.
Sa mga maykapangyarihan, siguro it’s ” beauty is in the eye if those who see ka-ching ka-ching on it” they tend to do business over it by exposition.
Correction:
Sa mga maylapangyarihan, siguro it’s…eye OF those who see ka-ching…
Don’t mind answering this. Kahibangan lang ito.
Kasi kung ako si Ricky Reyes, mas popondohan ko na lang yung improvements sa branches ng Salon ko. :p
mukhang babaguhin ko. i really disapprove of the overly-superficial “anythings”.
i also dislike comments people these days use like the word “hot” which often equates to sex, and prefer the word beautiful. back in the day the word hot was rarely used, and perhaps the old lady in me’s trying to say something – i just honestly think that its got a lot to do with the drastic change in how the youth, (our generation included of course) tend to view relationships these days.
it’s an entirely new topic, but i hope you get what im trying to say here
Naiintindihan ko naman
Speakung of” old lady”, try mo panoorin mo nga pala yung UP (Disney Pixar film)
well, you can’t be with anyone you’re not physically attracted to in the first place.
